Completely agree with this. I use Malwarebytes (full version) and Avira AntiVir and haven't had an infection or issue since.

Worth paying for the full versions of both for the peace of mind as I've had problems in the past that have costs me days of work to clear up.

Or maybe do system restore from windows , that might work.

Or stop watching so much porn , I think that's when you get most of those problems, lol

Actually Norton is telling me it is a problem with Chrome,i have uninstalled, and reinstalled to no avail.

Best you stop surfing porn

in that case mate run hijack this.
post the results in a ziped log file up it to a host and il have a look through it.
it sounds like its either a root kit or a browser helper object.
which o.s you running?.

also please dump norton its the most attacked antivirus out there. malware makers target it and mcfee specifically because there filled with so much bloat that they are there own security risks.
its also misses a lot of stuff kaspersky, bitdefender and avira find.
choose any of the 3 i just mentioned and you will be safe for the most part. the best of the 3 is bitdefender and you can get a free 90 day trial...
if you do decide to remove norton then run the norton removal tool. clean your registry after with something like ccleaner then reboot and insatall a better av.

Did you try another browser to see if you still got the problem then? Because doing that would prove if Norton was right or wrong.
