If that was the case that we knew a long time ago we would have plastic notes Toy/Monopoly money probably would have been made legal tender a long tome ago!! I think the design is great but the 'Five Pounds' hologram is perhaps in the wrong place I feel it should have been bigger and more up at the top the big ben gold bit should have been bigger too

Here we go, six months after the New £5 came out police are warning of counterfeit new Fivers - so much for the Banks of England's new security features!!

Someone gave me a Clydesdale Bank* one on Sunday, which I had to presume was legal.
Checking notes is always a drag, and you always get people irate at you for doing it.
*some name like that, it was getting to the end of a long day
