Er, it's called being honest. People are enthusiastic when a channel is good. When they spend an entire evening waiting for that same thing that happended the day before to happen again, and it doesn't, they moan. It's like waiting at a bus stop in the rain for 4 hours, only to find the busses have been cancelled and you could have watched Inspector Morse AND had an early night instead. Let's face it, Chatback has been off air (nights) for weeks now. Even before that they frequently had nights with just a tape loop. When they had a model on it was usually half an hour on screen and half an hour off, only it was random so us viewers risked missing the bits that Chatback probably wanted us to see because model time costs money. You couldn't run a pub or corner shop like that.
