^^^ doubt that will be happening unless the x men films flop and then fox let the license lapse similar to what happened with Daredevil. With Fantastic Four Sony has to make a new within the next few years other wise it reverts by Marvel or they can similar deal Marvel as they did with Spider-Man.
There was more recent news that a Fox are making more X-Mem related movies and are unwilling to do a deal with Marvel this can change of course the films under perform.

So far really enjoying the series. I love the nod to the X-Men cartoon with the ring tone, Stan Lee cameo and X lighting up on the window.

fox are looking to sell parts of the company off, the rumour is that one of those parts is the film rights hence marvel looking to buy them back.
The gifted is really good, one part of me hopes they explains how and why the xmen disappeared and come back but the other part of me hope they keep the xmen out or reform the xmen with new mutants.
