Absolutely heart-breaking news & if I had one wish it would be for no baby or child should have to endure a terminal illness (one of life's biggest injustices). For all the pain brave young Bradley had to endure in his short life he still always had a smile that would light up a room.
For all the bad press footballers can receive rightly or wrongly,Jermain Defoe not just restores my faith in footballers humanity but what a great person he is by not just by caring about Bradley & bringing joy to his short life but also by highlighting the plight of his terminal illness.

My best wishes go out to all of Bradley's family & I do hope they get the privacy to allow them to grieve.

RIP Bradley.

Judging by the news reports it looked like great send-off for Bradley with a big turnout to pay their respects. It looked like a combination of people wearing the Sunderland shirt & superhero outfits & it would be a great if in memory of brave Bradley that Sunderland perhaps retire the No.6 shirt (like they do for certain ex-players).

RIP Bradley.
