In fairness, a lot of the Usual Suspects have already been in it previous years.
(And may have their own arrangements for own calendars as already noted).
Maybe some couldn't make themselves available for the photoshoot - more unlikely as I seem to remember some of the images used previously looked like they were from photosets previously done for the website, and not just specially for the calendar.
Maybe they're just giving others a shot.
Some of the choices do seem a bit obscure though.

Several girls didn't appear on the calendar because they said they were not interested in being on it.

to be fair they would need a 30 month calender...and yes I'd rump all of them..perhaps we could have a G/G month (knuckles deep) to squeeze a few more in ImportantBig Grin

Wink Maybe I'm clutching at straws, but if this does turn out to be the same person then

a) I don't feel so bad about my ignorance
b) It explains why nobody answered the post (and that the answer isn't - as I partly feared - nobody could be arsed?)
c) I can claim my five pounds (oh no, that's a different gameshow)
