I agree with you, Downey jr looks as charismatic as ever in the trailer. I'm just not sure I'd want the makers of the film to get my money though, bearing in mind what they've done to the character of Holmes. Guy Ritchie is making it, so doubtless it'll end up on Film4 at some point, so I'll catch it then
