well we knew he wouldn't die since we knew there was 1 last season.
i thought there was nothing wrong with the woman president, almost palmer-esque in some ways. tho she does look like Captain Janeway from Star Trek Voyager!

I thought season 7 was alright, it wasn't as big as i thought it would be but was still highly enjoyable to watch. I thought that this season was a bit up and down in places, but i thought the season finale was very good it more then made up for the few poor eps during the season, its kinda obivous that they wouldn't kill jack off unless they decide to call it a day with 24.

next year is the last year, so should be a good one to end i think.
as for that casting rumour, its not official, only the hollywood reporter said it, didn't see anything official from fox. plus give him a chance, he may actually be good in it.
