Strong, meaningful sanctions must be applied for such crowd behaviour no matter where it occurs.
Too often the punishments are so lenient it is ridiculous.

We may have won two games but the defence performance to allow (or possibly gift) three goals to Kosovo shows that lack of togetherness and concentration rears its ugly head once more. Our defence should have been better prepared and Southgate should be concerned about how we gave those goals away.

Their 2-1 defeat to the Czech Rep was the worse performance for years. The skill level feel to an all time low.

The news is that contrary to speculation Southgate has decided to stick with a back 4, but he does make 5 changes from the team that lost to the Czech Republic. Tyrone Mings, Ben Chilwell, Harry Winks, Ross Barkley and Marcus Rashford all come in.

4-0 to England at half time but already it seems that at least stage 1 and possibly stage 2 of the racist abuse protocol has been deployed. Stage 3 would = Match abandoned in theory.
