I've got my PS3 connected via the internet wirelessly and don't have any problems, but every so often i do get a "DNS" error once in while but clears up after a while. I know in the option settings you can set the PS3 to find any wireless devices and that how i got mine connected. If you need any other help then let me know and i'll see what i can do.

Kongregate is a good site for online games, you can sign up and keep track of scores. They also set different challanges for games, some easy and some hard.

i used to play on there a lot, playing 9 ball and curling...i was quite good as well.
