The urban dictionary is a load nonsense. It is edited by the public and the public are not always right.
Here is a good (true) example of how rubbish the urban diction is. I had a forum specializing in candid photos. Unknown to me my forum got linked to from a pee site and loads of pee pictures started appearing. One of my regular users called kuffour flamed all the pee threads and since then any pee pics on my now dead forum were referred to as kuffs. This small event on my relatively tiny little forum made the urban dictioary.
