cellcast just have to look at the amount of text messages they recieve at the end of the night, then they count up the £1.50 for each text sent, then they realise they are down due to the networks, but sooner or later they will have to try and balance their losses.
either they could scam you by helping themselves to your credit from you phone.
they can also try tricks like convince viewers by text messages that their videos and pics are great.
or they do specials which in one case they said FREE, if you text FREE you will get sent a video for FREE, infact you are still paying the £3.00 for that video! because it costs £3.00 to send that message!.
just because you fancy the babe on screen which she is so gorgous you cannot resist to send in that text message realising it's a one off, but you text in that is you automatically tied to a subscription, then they ask for your Date of birth to confirm that your old enough to use their services, then after that they send you promotional text messages to encourage you to part with more money by taking advantage of their services they offer you which comes along with the subscription, also to cancel the subscription promotional texts cost £1.50 but there is no guarrentee they will stop.
