Personally leaving aside tits and arse(although natural tits are preferable) I would say:
Legs
Curves but not too thin.
A girl with no tattoos(unless small and unobtrusive) and no piercings(especially in nipples)
Stockings and suspenders(no tights!) of any colour(not always black though)
Decent shoes (not the ones with plastic on them)
Pretty natural lips(not botoxed out of sight)
Great personality and a smile once in a while(at least look like you're having a good time)
Not too sweary(although I concede many girls do it as standard on web cams)

All but two in in bold I agree with GMach. I confess I am switched on by a woman who can tell me her naughty thoughts and desires!! but I am allergic to too many, and too big tattoos.

I don’t know why, but a good neck can enhance the attractiveness of a woman. I don’t like it when a woman wears a chocker necklace they clutter up a neck, they don’t look comfortable to wear, and even the name chocker does not sound comfortable.
