Imo its the best Star Trek so far, my way of describing it to every one I spoke to it about was "Star Trek has just got sexy"

I thought it was pretty good. I like the original tv series but find all the others a bit boring. Only thing I could fault the movie on was the plot and casting of Scottie. What a mis-cast!
Glad to hear that the die hard trekkies don't approve though. Cannot abide all that klingon language shite. Went to a convention once and it was full of idiots dressed as klingons, calling themselves things like k'tarr and k'lit.
