its definitely not ofcom its just someone taking the piss, you think ofcom wouldn't of went straight to the elite section and got all the vids they wanted and anyway they wouldn't come on a site for fans and try and get us to give them shit to get a channel fined or whatever .

No it's definitely not anyone from ofcom - they wouldn't be brave enough to come on here because they know they don't want to get involved in any rational discussion as they don't have a single argument which makes any sense.
