You conducted yourself with honesty, integrity, compassion and warmth to the very end. The National Health Service will hold a special and eternal place for you in it's heart. My father is a retired NHS Consultant Physician. I know he will be feeling particularly sad at your passing. He is and was NHS through and through. As were you.
