Mark Selby sealed the last spot in the semi finals beating Ryan Day 10-7.
It was the Welshman who made the headlines though after making a 147 maximum and a 16 red total clearance of 139 after a free ball starter. Selby led 8-2 before Day launched a fightback to trail 7-9 but The Jester got over the line to set up a clash with Shaun Murphy.

Kyren Wilson is the first man into the final after a 10-5 victory over Ding Junhui.
He hit a six century salvo in a match full of big breaks as he looks to be hitting top form with the Crucible looming large.

It will be a Kyren Wilson v Shaun Murphy final tomorrow.
In a high quality semi final Selby had the initiative early on before Murphy began to get into gear in the evening to forge
9-6 ahead. Selby then produced three frame winning contributions to level at
9-9 but Murphy held on to win the deciding frame.
