I have seen some people use 'Babestation' as a shorthand term for something that's not very good, and there's already a mug, with a different, if not especially favourable message: https://urbandictionary.store/products/mug?_sp=17f0b6d5-81d3-4ef1-9718-c4dafba98064.1649157705328&defid=6244411

Playboy is the socially acceptable face of porn.

Babestation is more like Razzle.

From years ago, BS should've sold merchandise like Playboy, Brazzers and PornHub do.

BS are the brand leader in their market, and are synonymous to it in the UK like Hoover are to vacuum cleaning.

They need to be more ambitious with their merchandise, like S66 were with their magazine, and be more glamorously aspirational like RLC were.

S66 got Megan Barton Hanson, Demi Rose Mawby, Abigail Ratchford, Lindsey Pelas & Bianca Gascoigne to be in it wearing their Sixty6 bikinis.

Instead of BS marketing their apparel to punters. They need to target their merchandise towards women that aspire to work on the channel.

BS should only use this BS Logo on all their future merchandise and they should re-launch it by only making women's swimwear and gym wear.

Once they make their content more visually classy like Playboy, then they can pay young female influencers on instagram to market it to other women.

BS should get their babes to promote their apparel on BS' social media pages too, like Imogen K, Amiya Dreams & Alice Rose did when they joined BS' roster.

Evidently BS should have employed you, ryuken, years ago!

There probably was a time, which might have long passed, when BS, 66/Elite, RLC/Playboy etc could have reaped the benefits of cooperating in some kind of joint promotional venture, such as a magazine, and other merchandising.
It could have helped them withstand the changes in web culture, by extending its cultural reach.

Notwithstanding what I've said already about HH, Playboy probably means different things to different people.
It's an American institution, that's part of a certain vision of USA, which today is overwhelmingly of historical and nostalgic interest, but also related to the sexual/cultural 'revolution' of the 1960s and 70s.
Hence, you could really buy it for the articles, with so many and varied major figures' writing for, or interviewed in the magazine, or appearing on its tv shows.
However, still opposed, certainly, by some people across the political spectrum.
As other relatively 'respectable' porn institutions, have continued to be.
I recall when Happy Mondays guest-edited Penthouse: https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=_xNNrUSpfv4
It was unremarkably fitting for some, whilst others were characteristically outraged.
But Playboy has long been considered vanilla by some, and the more usual contrast is to Hustler: https://www.dissentmagazine.org/article/the-people-vs-laura-kipnis-review-men

For many, seemingly including those who run Playboy these days, it's merely a brand, albeit one greatly dependent on receding, wider, and longer associations.

Thanks Seducedx6, but BS have been successful for 19 years, I doubt they need my help.

But if they need advice on making their brand and content more opulent and elegant. Then they know where to find me. Cool

MyFreeCams, CamSoda, OnlyFans & Chaturbate sell merchandise too. So there is a market for it, that BS are failing to capitalise on.

There's a site called Redbubble which sells merchandise for many porn sites, including Bang Bros, Fake Taxi, Hustler, Twistys and Evil Angel. Since PornHub launched their "fashion collection" in 2016, porn site merchandise has become increasingly common.

I used to get various things made up for Danni Levy. These were back in her nightshow days back in 2014 Big Grin
