There must be some sort of a curse on England's opening pair, this was to be a reunion of sorts after Crawley has been missing after a hand injury, now it looks as if Duckett has a similar injury.
You have to have some sympathy for Pope after skippering the side through 149 overs he has to strap the pads on, it felt almost inevitable that a duck would follow.

I expect England to give themselves somewhere in the region of 100 overs to try & force a result which would give them a 2nd new ball. Highly unlikely, but Pakistan have a history of imploding in their 2nd innings. Pitches of this nature are bad for Test Match Cricket, there's literally been no deterioration, it's not really taken any spin, hopeless. To make matters worse we have another one of these at the very same venue on Tuesday.
Pope & Rizwan must be kicking themselves for missing out on this track.
