Just thought I'd post this just to show how Terry did it in 1979:-

He got 10K for winning it out of a £35.000 pool and probably would have won considerablty more had he won it more recently he probably did it hard way I think, when you consider he beat both Perrie Mans and Eddie Charlton with Perrie being (at the time) the only left handed snooker pro. I remember the mornnig after the Final The Sun printed a picture of him.
