I managed to last the whole 49ers @ Raiders game, which surprised me as a accept it's a glorified practice. A smattering of with Purdy & Geno Smith playing 1 & 2 series respectively, both looked sharp.
The 22 - 19 win for the Niners is almost irrelevant, other than a clinch 59 yard field goal by Moody which will be a great confidence boost. It's more about building up plays for some starters & trying to stay injury free, although the picked up a couple. Getting newly drafted players involved & familiarizing them with the playbook & schemes in a key exercise, & also trying to evaluate the players in order to trim the squad down to the final 53 man roster. For many it is the last few chances to shine & show off their skills & that brings a competition within the team for those vying for similar spots in an effort to make the cut.
I'm excited about Robert Salah returning, you could already see he is putting his mark on the defence even with the limited starters available, I'm confident he can galvanize the group that has lost it's way since he departed.
Hopefully the arrival of Special Teams Coach Brant Boyer can improve on what has been an uninspiring & mistake ridden group.

Chiefs 27 - 29 Bears
With Mahomes at the helm the Chiefs jumped out to a 17-0 lead & then maintained their advantage finishing 27-10 up after 3 quarters, before Bears back-up Tyson Bagent threw 3 TD's in the 4th.
