Some of their games were 70-80 quid, and that was back in the early 90's. I think some may have even been as high as a 100.shocked

And look what happened to it! Sunk without a trace Big Grin

Anybody want to translate? Hagman dude your posts are getting harder and harder to read, it really is not difficult to write messages using the correct grammar and punctuation.

Translation:

I walked into HMV the other day and was able to procure 'Fight Night Round 4' from the pre-owned section. This was a boon as it had only been out for about 4 weeks. Upon glancing in the direction of new releases, had i wanted to get it in pristine condition i would have had to pay up the princely sum of £44. I do believe it is worth the wait for a month and save about £20 and buy pre-owned.

Couldn't agree more, but i would go a step further and buy the damn thing online, it usually always works out even cheaper.

Good idea? One of the worst ideas in the world...

70 quid for a game is a joke!

I would never buy games from HMV or any high street store anyway, you can save ridiculous amounts of money by buying on the internet, or even one of the supermarkets.
