But the thing is, it can't be a debate, and it can't be a democracy. We try to be as acommodating as we can with you guys, but ultimately the company will do what makes it money, and no other show/company would do any different. People on here disliking the OSG has to just go down as an unfortunate by-product of us running a show of this nature.

Damn you beat me to it, Alot of people have expressed that they don't like the black boxes(including myself) and yet i've seen no one say they like them, So tell us does anyone like them?(besides the producers)
But why do you have to like them? Who has to like them? The idea is enough people read them and use the service they advertise, and from the information I'm getting people are doing that. You don't like them, and probably don't use the services they advertise, but as I said above, you're not a voice for our entire audience.

who do i moan about the sound on the calls to was horrendus last night on the start on BSX doesnt help when geri comes onto the bed mid call talking on the mic either

Let me ask this Babestation - if you were a normal viewer at home watching your favourite babe on the show what you rather see? A clear unobstructed view of the girl or a screen littered with graphics and only about 75% of the screen filled with sexy woman? I know what I would rather see!!

this is where you're getting confused, we're not catering for the guy at home who wants to sit and watch the girl with no intention in interacting with her. if you're going to ring Paige, you'll ring Paige whether there is a black box on screen or not (as our stats have shown)
you might not like it as a viewer, but without people calling up and using the services promoted in these black boxes, you won't have Paige on your screen to watch in the first place

I watch because most of my favourite girls are on BS and those that aren't are on channels I can't get on Freeview. The only channel I can flick to is Bang Babes (and that only after 3am). I watch in the forlorn hope that sooner or later common sense will prevail and BS will once again become a channel I can watch AND call.

What makes you think we're the only people you're pissing off? For a start it's a very well known fact that Brits in general don't like to complain, no matter how pissed off they are. So we're only the tip of the iceberg even amongst the membership of this forum. Add to that the fact that the great majority of your viewers and potential customers probably don't even know this forum exists and it's obvious our membership is in turn only the tip of that iceberg. There are probably thousands out there being pissed off.
You can have no idea how many potential customers flick onto your channels, see the unholy mess that exists there and quickly flick away, never to return.
We don't want the "whole show" to be changed, the show format is excellent - we just want to be able to SEE it!

Feel free to carry on telling us about particularly bad evenings; and there was some shocking spelling the other day that I think ILoveMegan (maybe ally4paige?) pointed out, so things like that are good to show us as that was obviously awful. But overall, the brass tacks of this is that until (if ever) it has a negative effect on show performance, things aren't going to change dramatically. That's just it. We'd like to be able to please each and every one of you, but we can't.
Of course on screen sales are up, and of course revenue is up, how could it be otherwise? Every day of the week there are more and more viewers converting to digital and more and more of those who have already converted are discovering the existence of your shows. The numbers trying out your services will grow as an inevitable result, with no hard sell advertising at all. In all likelihood the ridiculous on screen mess you are presenting to those new viewers is actually producing LESS growth than you might otherwise have achieved.
In this ever-changing situation you can have no means of assessing the real impact your conduct is having other than listening the those who comment on it.
We are indeed a tiny percentage of your entire audience, but that doesn't mean we aren't representative of it.

NO!!! Absolutely not! There is at least one who will, as we all know, but there are also those (e.g. me) who won't. As far as I'm concerned the deal is that I pay £1.50/min to talk/listen to Paige WHILE WATCHING HER ON SCREEN. If I can't see her while I'm on the phone I won't phone. (And that means ALL of her, not a view of her with either her face or her other well-known best feature blotted out by a back box, or everything bar the top of her head hidden behind a half-screen Xtreme ad.)
Above all, stop making a distinction between 'viewers' and 'callers'. If you had any business sense at all you would regard all viewers as potential callers - i.e. paying customers.

must admit started off ok on bs1 and steadily got worse again like the new smaller number is there anyway of putting the black box by teh number in the bottom corner a number of times it blocked view of ree's behind wouldnt mind the box if it doesnt obstruct teh view lol

"babestation" is there any chance of the Partyland OSG's being made smaller , i am not talking about black box adverts but the basic phone number OSG's , they are much larger than your other channels and probably take up more screen space than any of your rival channels OSG's do , i quite like Partyland when not on freeview and the girls put some good naked shows on , but the shows are spoilt by the basic OSG 's taking not far off a third of the tv screen up . this channel could be so much better if you brought the OSG's into line with your other channels and made them smaller .
