I don't know if anyone keeps records of goals from free kicks, but it's easy to get figures for goals scored excluding any penalties. Lampard has made 524 appearances and has scored 112 goals excluding penalties, Gerrard has made 406 appearances and has scored 75 goals excluding penalties, and Scholes has made 484 appearances and has scored 103 goals excluding penalties.
i think there is sumthin wrong with those statistics!

The figures given are for league matches only: 112 goals for Lampard is correct plus 39 penalties, a total of 153.

The figures given are for league matches only: 112 goals for Lampard is correct plus 39 penalties, a total of 153.

I think he has scored 228 goals. Swansea 1, West Ham 39 and Chelsea 188
For England he has scored 23.

Lampard scored 24 goals for West Ham in the top flight (Premier League). The 24 for West Ham (2 pens) and the 128 Premier League goals he's scored for Chelsea (37 pens) make a Premier League total of 152 (39 pens).

The stats given were just for the Premier League, but I now realise I made a mistake with that figure anyway. I took off the 39 Lampard penalties and also the 2 for West Ham, but then I realised that the 39 wasn't just a Chelsea figure and already included the 2 for West Ham. So the correct figure for Premier League matches only is 114 Lampard goals excluding penalties, not 112 as I said above.

I'm sorry but your figure's still not correct! Because you're counting the goal that Lampard scored for Swansea (who weren't in the Premier League at the time). Accordingly the number of Lampard goals without penalties is 114 if you're talking about his league goals, but only 113 if you're talking about his Premier League goals.

Do we know by any chance the overall figure for Lampard penalties, not just for the Premier League? Or is this too much to ask?
