the last 2 eps had a feel of batman begins, the glades to be like arkham. after what happened i think they will have oliver stop being the green arrow until something happens which makes oliver rethink about taking up the green arrow persona and ends up finding roy harper has red arrow/speedy/arsenal.

Actor Colton Haynes who plays Roy Harper and who's also been made a season regular in season 2 has said:
"A few of the most important DC characters are going to be coming to 'Arrow,'" said Haynes. "And quite possibly working in a team together."
Its gonna be really interesting as which DC characters will be appearing i don't really expect Superman or Batman ever appearing but you never know.

in a world where there are no superpowers unless they have flash using a tech-suit, aquaman is a freediver (like tanya streeter, who did a series called dive galapagos), they could have cyborg (diggle would be the best character to be cyborg), they would take another series to have luarel lance to be black canary.

personally i think in the arrow universe they wont have any superpowers. i also think that laurals sister is more likely to be introduced as black canary as she could already have done her training. but don't forget i have been wrong a couple of times in my life and this could be one of those times.

They probably won't have super heroes with powers in it besides there are plenty of DC characters without powers which fit in the series like Nightwing, Batgirl, Blue Beetle, The Question, Guardian, Steel, Batwoman, Arrowette, Red Hood.

Actress Summer Glau best known for her roles in Firefly and Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles will be joining season 2 of Arrow in a recurring role she will be playing Isabel Rochev, introduced as the “vp acquisitions at Stellmoor International, a company looking to take over Queen Consolidated.” Again character from the DC Comics in which she first made her appearance in the Green Arrow comics in 2010.
