He's done well getting us into the top 4 every season, but it's time for change. We need someone with new ideas & who can motivate the players better.

Hopefully the news is true!!! It's the same old crap every season... appreciate what wenger has done but the team needs new ideas and someone who can motivate them

To me as an outsider, it seems to me it's a combination of both motivation both on and off the pitch. Wenger's been saying for the last few years now about when he is leaving but it seems to me it's like 'another season, then that it'll be it'. Arsenal have great players there but if Wenger's not inspiring them off the pitch in the dressing room before a game then it can't be helped if the performance on the pitch is no better Yet you also have to look at Wenger's transfer dealings too there have probably been some good ones over the years, but when fans moan on 606 that he's not spending enough I'm wondering if it's the quality of the player that Wenger wants that doesn't match what the fans want.

The fact that simeone got athletico to 2 CL finals in 3 years with a squad that is not better than ours, says it all.... it shows wenger is being surpassed by better quality managers
