so that means they won't be disqualified if the fight outside the stadium? I think that statement weakens UEFA's position I expect Russia will challenge that in the next 24 hours in the Arbitration of sport courts

This violence has to be orchestrated by IS - they must be doing it to unsettle the French security forces in preparation for a major attack on the championships, so they must be paying the local thugs to start trouble between supporters

I see that EUFA have given Russia a suspended disqualification for the violence in the stadium.
Imagine if Russia end up being banned from their own World Cup in 2 years time.
