It's over to the rowing regatta for the final time today with the women's and men's eights finals with British crews in both.
The women go first in a short while then the men soon after.
A gutsy BRONZE for the women's eight. A very good effort.

Mens road race underway in cycling. Fred Wright, Josh Tarling, Tom Pidcock and Stevie Williams go for GB.
Gonna be a long old race so the medals won't be decided until later on this afternoon.

We never do anything in the 8's. So it's good to see both the men's and women's teams doing well.
The rowing events have proved to be very successful for the GB in the medals this time.

It looks odd that the GB Woman's team is coxed by a man. I suppose that it has to be a male to be a cox.

Next one to watch will be Emma Wilson in the Windsurfing final.
As previously mentioned she has already guaranteed herself a medal. The one remaining question now - What colour?

Now we move to the gymnastics for some individual apparatus finals featuring the likes of Luke Whitehouse, Jake Jarman, Max Whitlock oh and a certain GOAT called Simone Biles.
