I'm sticking to this thread instead of jumping ship to TheWatcher offspring!!!
The European Cup final all depends on how Barca approach it, like last time when they surprised Utd with their closing down of the utd players & the one touch passing, that said I can't see them playing any other way but for most of the second half of the season the Barca goal machine hasn't been in full swing & they've often just resulted to passing & possession rather than trying to kill games off & settling for a 1 or 2 goal victory which may be a dangerous game against Utd in a final although most of their team has had somewhat of a rest over the past 20 or so days.
Utd will need to do what Barca don't & have a very good plan B, to be honest I can see them keeping it tight for 20min & then going on the attack with their 4-5-1 formation to stretch the Barca team into pulling players from the centre & thus lengthening the distance of their passes & giving Utd the chance to steal the ball & play it to their own central runners who'll have a bit of space.
I'm not sure what trick Pep can have up his sleeve but concidering what he pulled out in the Stadio Olimpico I wouldn't put it passed him to do it again.... Hopefully!!!

So who's taking the bricks and cement down to London 2mrw?HImyNAMEis,Lindor or Shrute?
I understand that there has been mass flooding in the Anfield area. Apparently fans of the nearby football club have been pissing themselves with laughter all night long

I'd definately put this current Barcelona team along with Liverpool of 1984, Real Madrid of 1960 and AC Milan of 1989 as the top four greatest Champions League / European Cup winning sides ever for me. All four teams had a special ingredient - goalscorers of special ability that can turn a game on their own. Rush and Dalglish for Liverpool, Gullit and Van Basten for Milan, Di Stefano and Puskas for Real Madrid and of course Villa and Messi for Barcelona.
