There's something not right about this Fabregas stuff. In England all over the back pages, deal is on, Utd are hoping to close a deal soon, the player is keen for more playing time.... etc.
In Spain it's dead in the water. Utd ARE bidding but it's a waste of time on their part, Barca didn't even reject the last bid because it's a non starter, the player wants to stay, club don't want to sell, it's a completer none starter. It's dead and not even a story.
Somebody's not being clear somewhere.

Well Wenger has just come out and said the whole story is rubbish. Sorry Arsenal fans, but maybe he is just saying that to divert the media's attention.

Not untypical of the spanish clubs to use the media to report such speculation in the hopes of unsettling a player to make a transfer happen, so take the story with a pinch of salt, but at the same time, it could the opening salvo from Real in this battle.
