I actually think it's an excellent thing to do, it now opens the door rather than restricting the babes to just the one channel.

As opposed to Studio66 Babestation has proper choice, Studio66 earlier on had Delia broadcasting on 3 channels at the same time, not Babestation, it has enough babes to cover all 4 of them Big Grin

Stick that in your pipe Studio66 and smoke it Big Laugh

Too late. I only watched the channel for 10 seconds tonight and still saw 3 references to "BS2" on the screen.

It's gone. Another channel experiment bites the dust. I'm surprised it was only given a month though.

No it hasn't gone Trevor, gone means the channel no longer exists on the EPG, it has been rebranded and not because it was a failure, the exact opposite, it never bit the dust, it was a success unlike Studio66 USA, that channel bit the dust Big Grin

It was just a very silly piece of branding which clearly hadn't been thought through. A genuine starlets channel within the Cellcast stable could have worked, but this wasn't it.

I'm a bit surprised it wasn't given longer too, but the call stats obviously told their own story.

Well summed up and exactly right. Hit the nail on the head.

I'm not disputing that the call stats must have been poor, but having started the channel I thought Babestation would have given it more time to establish itself.

Another reason why they should have put it on freeview which only has 4 channels to wade through compared to skys 7,435 and it was right at the end of the sky daisy chain......

Wow, I didn't see that coming. Axed so soon. Sad I thought the channel had potential.
