I watched Jon Ridgeon's interview with Gabby Logan and I could see he was very uncomfortable in trying to explain the situation that had happened on the first three days of competition. I think when things die down I am sure the IAAF will look back and think that it didn't go as well they hoped in Qatar. It certainly did seem as though Ridgeon was probably not comfortable with the questions Gabby was asking.

KJT jumps 6.77m and trumps Nafi Thiam by 37cm
Heptathlon lead extended to 216 points.
Now it gets difficult.
The javelin..... at which 2nd placed Thiam is better than KJT.
Javelin.
Critically important. KJT needs a great throw.
KJT throws 43.93m. Another PB.
Thiam throws longer but her points gain is restricted to 79.
So just the 800m left.
KJT has a better record than Thiam in the 800m with a 137 point lead.
