England can beat any one of those teams on a good day. The opposite is true too, of course, but I don't think we need the sense of defeatism with which we usually go into these tournaments.
If England manage to beat Germany i still think they will not make the Euro final they just always find a way to lose against the smaller teams.

Positive thought - England kept a clean sheet throughout the group stage and the only other time that happened England went on to win the tournament (World Cup 1966).
Negative thought - England have only ever won a Euros knockout match once and even that needed a penalty shootout before England progressed (against Spain 1996).
