Yet another BRONZE.
Jake Jarman with a fine floor routine getting in amongst the medal action. Top work.
That being said Luke Whitehouse produced a routine of magnificent quality but only finished 6th when arguably it should have been Gold.
Cannot agree with the judges scores on that.
Anyway it is what it is.

After a raft of close call, split decision exits of British boxers the last one remaining has reached the semi finals in the 71kg category and thereby guaranteed he will take home a medal.
Lewis Richardson defeated Zeyad Eashash of Jordan to reach the last four where he will face Marco Verde of Mexico on Tuesday.
Meanwhile over at the Golf Tommy Fleetwood is in contention heading into the final round. At -13 the Briton is one stroke off the lead jointly held by Jon Rahm and Xander Schauffle. A bevvy of other quality players lurk a little further back including Rory McIlroy representing Ireland as well as World number one Scottie Scheffler on -10.

I would say many would like to see Tommy Fleetwood getting gold might be as good as opportunity for an individual gold at the moment, hope the pressure doesn't get to him.

I still find the choice of sports in the Olympics odd. There's no squash, netball or cricket, yet there is walking, skateboarding and breaking.
You feel like some sports have been included just because they are crowd pleasers, like beach volleyball and 3 a side basketball (is there such a sport). I suppose this is to make up for the very dull 'sports' like dressage.
