I would urge caution with this. And as it happens she didn't make it to the final RE: Olympics - HannahsPet - 31-07-2021 10:45 Pyschic Snooks strikes again !! RE: Olympics - Snooks - 31-07-2021 10:45 Karriss Artingstall takes bronze in the womens featherweight boxing. RE: Olympics - Charlemagne - 31-07-2021 10:53 Dina Asher Smith didn't look 100%. She's either carrying an injury or she was under prepared (due to a previous injury), as she faded badly towards the finish. Which could also be a problem if she's running in the 200m. RE: Olympics - Snooks - 31-07-2021 10:56 Some positive news...... The GB sailing team have good prospects for medals in numerous disciplines. A decent medal haul seems very possible in the coming days on the water. RE: Olympics - HannahsPet - 31-07-2021 11:47 (31-07-2021 10:53 )Charlemagne Wrote: Dina Asher Smith didn't look 100%. She is blessed with genuine maturity and tactical intelligence as well as natural ability. She, along with Jemma Reekie and Alex Bell are into the final of the womens 800m. All three produced very fine semi final runs. Wish all three the best in the final. I would urge caution with this. Dina's time will come, if its any consolation to her this was the fastest women's 100m final in Olympic history and she would have had to smash her British record just to get Bronze. |
