Last nights webstreams was really bad yet again annoyed annoyed, Cathy is there any news as to when you'll be getting your webstreams fixed?

stream been great all day and evening but now dionne's on gone crap. from about 2230 been pausing every few seconds.

Yep, it seems to have been following the same pattern of timing for the past few days. The bitrate drops around that time of night, and only seems to pick up again to normal early in the morning.

Seems to indicate a line problem rather than RLC's equipment. Might be heavy contention or maybe the service provider is throtting speed. Hopefully things should improving when they upgrade their line.

we are not far away from having the new streams up and running
we are informed that the new line will be in the next week to 10 days
