Amanda Rendall runs a very strange business model as far as I'm concerned.
I won't be paying another penny to any venture she's involved in ever again, personally. I made the mistake of believing it was other persons/companies that were responsible for things that went wrong in the past but that isn't the case any more.

Usernames and passwords are case sensitive. When you get sent your username and password sent in text it is all upper case. This is how it should be entered in the login. You have to enter the login details exactly the same as you get sent on text or it won't allow you into the members area.
