Shakespeare gone. Leicester's owners showing their ruthless side again.

Having gained 15 points from his first 5 matches as manager of Leicester, Craig Shakespeare earned just 14 from the subsequent 16 matches (Won 3 Drew 5 Lost 8).

Harsh sacking, considering 4 of their 8 games have been against the top 6. Leicester are unbeaten in the other 4 games.

I think the writing was on the wall for old Shakespeare when on yesterdays team-sheet when he had Romeo & Juliet down as his defensive back two (although the defence played suicidal at times),he wanted to put Hamlet up front but realized he's no good at heading.
Shakespeare did mention in the post-match interview that West Brom shackled Vardy throughout the game which was like 'Taming of the Shrew' & he wasn't happy with the midfield as at times it it played like 'The Comedy of Errors'..........I'll go back to my day-job then.

We drew 0-0 against Bournemeouth, but were well and truly outplayed, and were also a bit lucky to get a 1-1 against Huddersfield, so there have been several very poor performances this season. Strangely we played much better against Arsenal and Liverpool even though we lost those games.

Performances in general have been worrying, and a big cause for concern, even though results haven't been terrible, but I think virtually everyone expected Shakespeare to be given more time. As I said above the Leicester City owners are ruthless and are never afraid to make a change.
