Which leads to the question. "Why oh why don't Ofgem carry as much sway as their all powerful cousins Ofcom". If they had as much power over the gas/elec suppliers as Ofcom have over the broadcasters, all our gas and electric bills could be paid with the loose change in our pockets. Ofcom have no power whatsoever to regulate the prices the babechannels charge, other than the 20min call limit. And I'm bloody sure I wouldn't want my electricity meter to behave like that. And it would appear to prove that Chatgirl did receive all those complaints in one day despite what we assumed before(that it was over a 6 day period). And the previous total was 14 complaints in between Nov6-12 http://www.babeshows.co.uk/showthread.php?tid=14756&pid=1165370#pid1165370 But this current bulletin only lists 13. So they've yet to waive 1 complaint? Just amazing how the people that are complaning are right there or viewing without fail when pussy flashes occur, it's defo rival channels as I struggle to understand why viewers watching at home would be bothered to ring up or write a letter complaining RE: Ofcom Discussion - eccles - 19-12-2012 03:00 13 complaints in 1 night? Thats got to be one nutter with 12 fake addresses or a group acting as a concert party. Even XFactor doesnt get that many complaints when Emily Bishop does a topless balloon dance at kids tea time. It would be interesting to know what time the complained about broadcast was (middle of the day? breakfast? 3am?) and when complaints were recieved. And almost one complaint a day for a week about the same channel? This also smacks of a nutter with a bee in their bonnet or a pressure group. All this does is strengthen the case for antinutter rules, a minimum threshold for investigations, complainant verification and other antiharrassment measures. Would love daygirls bring down some fruits during their shift and start eating as normal but start sucking on the banana before eating it, would love to see what ofcom says about that, I mean what's the problem, girl gotta eat right? As we all no one particular channel had decided to bring it back, however it appears the other channels haven't followed? Thankyou RE: Ofcom Discussion - mrmann - 21-12-2012 01:49 As usual, the rules are bended over and over by Ofcom. Last I remember, the handthong IS allowed, as long as the women use straight fingers and don't make it seem as if they are pleasuring themselves. RE: Ofcom Discussion - eccles - 21-12-2012 02:21 The guidance has not changed since July 2011 but I really get the feeling there is unofficial verbal guidance that changes from time to time. Sometimes it might be "We dont mind a finger run down the gusset but once only, no rubbing, no pushing in and no more than once every 5 minutes". Othertimes its "Tone it down or we will have to make it official." Yea I thought it was along the lines of that, well it appears only one channel seems to be going down that route again, which I think it's great, it's just a shame that the other channels don't want to implement it at the moment, lets hope the other producers on the other channels will allow back once again Thanks for getting back to me |
