Which leads to the question. "Why oh why don't Ofgem carry as much sway as their all powerful cousins Ofcom". If they had as much power over the gas/elec suppliers as Ofcom have over the broadcasters, all our gas and electric bills could be paid with the loose change in our pockets.

Ofcom have no power whatsoever to regulate the prices the babechannels charge, other than the 20min call limit.
And I'm bloody sure I wouldn't want my electricity meter to behave like that.

Good news that Ofcom won't take any further action, but 13 complaints in one day looks very suspect. And it would appear to prove that Chatgirl did receive all those complaints in one day despite what we assumed before(that it was over a 6 day period). And the previous total was 14 complaints in between Nov6-12

But this current bulletin only lists 13. So they've yet to waive 1 complaint?

My large TV has a vga socket on it. If I want to watch porn on it, I just plug my laptop in.
Sexstation looks good on the large screen. Smile
Also some newer and more expensive laptops have an hdmi output which can be plugged into any modern TV.

Go on. its christmas get youself a cheap laptop with HDMI out..you know you want to,,all that extra detail but dont tell ofc+nts they will ban laptops with HDMI out.

Thats what all the kids are doing anyway just pop in your desired porn of choice into Google on laptop (which is fisting according to sex education show on channel sexist 4)and get all your free porn..This is not adults this is 12,13,14,15 year olds and they need protecting,HAHA,these kids under 16 are getting more sex, porn vids and know more than when i was a kid or even now...We need protecting from these oversexed under 16 year olds..PLEASE OFCOM PROTECT US ADULTS FROM THE KIDS.Tongue

The most taboo thing on tv is female genitals yet all the lads and some lasses on tv laugh at labia and clits they want to get the fist in their and oftw+ts think they need protecting..The thing i hate about kids is the swearing and anti-social behaviour yet thats on tele all the time and drugs yet all ofcom care about is a clit/labia minora/vaginal hole and urethra harming them,..

Yes you kids drugs and guns and violence and bombs wont kill you but a giant vagina will.I think the police should issue warnings seriously about these female parts injuring harming and killing under 18's...This is no joke if ofcom think its that serious the police should be involved in this most serious of crimes..DEATH BY VAGINA.

Just amazing how the people that are complaning are right there or viewing without fail when pussy flashes occur, it's defo rival channels as I struggle to understand why viewers watching at home would be bothered to ring up or write a letter complaining

RE: Ofcom Discussion - eccles - 19-12-2012 03:00

13 complaints in 1 night? Thats got to be one nutter with 12 fake addresses or a group acting as a concert party. Even XFactor doesnt get that many complaints when Emily Bishop does a topless balloon dance at kids tea time.

It would be interesting to know what time the complained about broadcast was (middle of the day? breakfast? 3am?) and when complaints were recieved.

And almost one complaint a day for a week about the same channel? This also smacks of a nutter with a bee in their bonnet or a pressure group.

All this does is strengthen the case for antinutter rules, a minimum threshold for investigations, complainant verification and other antiharrassment measures.

Dunno if I was mistaken but did someone mention before that the girls use to do bathtub sessions during dayshows however ofcom then stopped that or something?
Would love daygirls bring down some fruits during their shift and start eating as normal but start sucking on the banana before eating it, would love to see what ofcom says about that, I mean what's the problem, girl gotta eat right?

Could someone please clarify what's the ruling with the hand thong? As we all no one particular channel had decided to bring it back, however it appears the other channels haven't followed?

ThankyouSmile

RE: Ofcom Discussion - mrmann - 21-12-2012 01:49

As usual, the rules are bended over and over by Ofcom.

Last I remember, the handthong IS allowed, as long as the women use straight fingers and don't make it seem as if they are pleasuring themselves.

RE: Ofcom Discussion - eccles - 21-12-2012 02:21

The guidance has not changed since July 2011 but I really get the feeling there is unofficial verbal guidance that changes from time to time. Sometimes it might be "We dont mind a finger run down the gusset but once only, no rubbing, no pushing in and no more than once every 5 minutes". Othertimes its "Tone it down or we will have to make it official."

Yea I thought it was along the lines of that, well it appears only one channel seems to be going down that route again, which I think it's great, it's just a shame that the other channels don't want to implement it at the moment, lets hope the other producers on the other channels will allow back once againBig Grin

Thanks for getting back to meSmile
