My guess is they will show whatever girl is on the regular BS1 Sky channel 906 at the time naked BS transmits , they will probably let her get naked and show her side ways to cam for the regular tv channel and use a more explicit camera angle for Xtreme , this way they cut out the need to employ extra girls , producers etc for Naked BS , i could be wrong how this will work but it looks like a cost cutting exercise to me .
