To know when to mate, a male giraffe will continuously headbutt the female in the bladder until she urinates.

The male then tastes the pee and that helps it determine whether the female is ovulating.

Basically anything that melts can be made into glass.

You just have to cool off a molten material before its molecules have time to realign into what they were before being melted.

The same tradition even used to exist in China and France!

Montenegro never had its own currency and initially used the ‘Deutsche Mark’.

When the Euro was introduced, they simply adopted the currency although they were not part of the EU.

But for some reason, it has never bothered anyone!

Albania is the country that liked Norman Wisdom a lot.
So many films were banned by the government but his weren't as he portrayed Norman Pitkin who had to survive 'under the oppression' of his boss played each time by Jerry Desmonde.
Albania adopted a politic more left wing than many in the Warsaw Pact but now that that has gone the legacy is that Wisdom is still loved by those that watched him when it was in force.
Surely there are worse role models.
