OK...since the clock struck 12 this show has improved ten fold...maybe that was the plan all along?

glad to ear it improved,but still not there for me yet.

I was literally just about to turn over at 12 when it suddenly changed...For about 40 mins of the last hour it was a totally different show and how these shows should be, the first hour was just abysmal...room for improvement still !!!

and i noticed tvxmole said he had past info from the forum on to the makers of the show so maybe they only listened in the last hour.
to be honest i still don,t feel like i missed anything,if they only got some constancy and gave the camera man a few lessons,because at the moment he is the only one seeing what were paying for lol.

I think we all know why it got better after 12:00; it's because all the younger kids who were watching went to bed with their cocoa so it was only the older kids who were left. Therefore, TVX could show some stronger stuff until 5:30 in the morning when even the older kids must stop watching.

but its an encrypted channel it was free to watch from 9-11 with the typical babeshow stuff
before encrypting at 11 till 1am (obviously then carrying on as normal from 1am onwards).......
so why were they not able to show anything then?

Because Ofcon are dictating to the broadcasters what they see as acceptable, (and the broadcasters are running scared of Ofcon).
