Kurt Angle ( c ) vs Stone Cold Steve Austin(WWF RAW,08/01/01)
A tv bout that was just as good as anything that the two men did on ppv.Featuring Stone Cole's trademark and convicing brawling and also plenty of wrestling.Both Austin and Angle traded suplexes of all kinds in a tremendous back and fourth match up that was only tarnished by Triple H's interference at the end,rendering it a no contest as he pulled Earl Hebner out of the ring and flattened him after Austin hit Angle with the stunner.After a mini brawl Triple H nailed Stone Cold with a metal bar and left him a crimson mess.Seldom that we see tv matches of this intensity and quality these days.
