A very good effort lads, but Camp Nou does have a roof on one side, as this picture shows The answer is Stade VĂ©lodrome, Marseille, with a capacity of 60,000. However a roof is currently under construction there and should be finished in 2014. It's part of a package of improvements to stadiums in France in preparation for the hosting of Euro 2016.
