A fantastic premiere being the last season, the entire Ep was a total love letter to the season pilot which really brought a smile to my face cue in the comic book references that helped tie in this Ep plus the cameo’s that featured in Ep. But it’s the ending that’s quite shocking all I can say is Ep 2 Season 6 of The Flash explains and sets up this ending and another event........
Agree, fantastic episode, great ending, one of my favourite ever episodes of Arrow. Really looking forward to the rest of the series, looks like it could be an excellent final 9 episodes, but also sad that it's ending.
Have to say the first 2 episodes of The Flash have been very good too, hopefully the new showrunner has learned from the mistakes of the previous 3 series' of The Flash and can continue with the high quality for the rest of the series.
Overall I'm very much enjoying the set up and weaving of "Crisis" into the episodes of both shows.

^^^ I think because they know it’s ending and it’s so short there going out with a bang and with the shows in general it’s the whole crisis crossover slowly building up rather then waiting a nearer the time is helping with the shows.

Marc Guggenheim posted you this teaser from the crossover, from the pic you can make out Flash Lightning, Green Arrow’s Arrow and Supergirl’s Heat Vision my guess is it’s the intro to the crossover.
