Does it? Show me the evidence.

Handthong is evidence. Are we talking days here?

RE: Ofcom Discussion - StanTheMan - 06-01-2013 17:27

Days or nights. The handthong comes and goes on all the channels, and I don't think there's anything in Ofcom's regs to say it's not allowed anyway.

RE: Ofcom Discussion - mr mystery - 06-01-2013 17:40

^^The girls can only use a hand to cover/shield themselves when naked but not touch, rub, put pressure on their genitals, Storm were found in breach last year for a girl using the hand thong and making contact while doing so, Elite were also found in breach a few times for girls using the hand thong and touching themselves while doing so as was RLC. No channel at the present is doing what BS is doing when the girls are using the hand thong , ie full hand contact while they are spread legged naked facing the camera, it's been done before but no channel is doing it now other than BS on Sky 906 and freeview 172 , when it's been done before on non BS channels Ofcom usually ended up getting involved .
Check out the rules posted by chilly

The bit at the bottom of Ofcom's rules about what 2 girls can do when on screen together is of interest as well as what Tiffany said they can now do with the new licence when doing 2-4-1's differs from Ofcom's rules . Tiffany said with the new licence they can now touch and lick the other girl, if i remember right she then went on to suck Lori's nipple .

RE: Ofcom Discussion - RESPONSIBLE ADULT - 06-01-2013 18:20

Come tomorrow, If you were to read on Ofcoms website that they are going to relax their rules on the babestations. what effect do you think it would make. Do you think that it would open the floodgates and allow the girls to really entertain us, or do you think that the channels would keep a lid on it? I would bet my bottom dollar that it would be the latter. After all what have the babechannels got to gain by unleashing the girls flashing talents. As long as the punters keep phoning, and the money keeps coming in, why should they have it any different. You have to remember these TV companies, and the models for that matter don't do it for the sake of someone having a "J Arthur" in a darkened bedroom as the milkman delivers his gold top. They do it for their profits, nothing more, nothing less. So my way of thinking is this, gone are the days when you get a free show like we have in the past. Any future pussie flashing will come at a price, you can bet on that. Fans of the babechannels put it down to Ofcom for spoiling their entertainment, but the babechannels have not busted a gut to get these archaic censorship rules changed. If anything they have added to them, just take those OSGs as an example. As I have said many times, Ofcom rules are not set in stone they can be challenged. But whilst the calls keep coming they may as well be carved in the hardest of granite.

It's true the babechannels can have atleast have a go at challenging the ofcom rules but they don't wana risk anything plus considering the money they make why not have one channel encrypted? They can't come out and say sky charges too much because they can afford it or atleast try for a short period to see how it does.

We all say the same things in terms of how tame and boring the shows are but it it just looks like the people running the shows don't care about the fans because surely going encrypted is the best thing to do So why not just try it out?

re. the last two points on the list about language.

I happened to catch part of the 10 minute TVX promo on Freeview the other night and it was full of sexually explicit language (not to mention actual sexual activity itself), which I'm sure wasn't always the case. Are there different rules to cover this broadcast?

Just remembered Chilly posting this info as well concerning the hand thong .

Ofcom's regulation of the babe channels tells you all you need to know, which means they'd more than likely view it (hand thong) as being 'sex material'. The channels probably know it's not worth bothering with now.

Ofcom don't regard the babe channels as adult sex material , so it's not allowed on the babe channels, they regard the channels as teleshopping services and licence them accordingly .

So that's it, is it? Handthongs... that's what this all-mighty Dutch license is allowing them to do?

Whoop-de-fucking-woo! Power to the people!! Put down your arms, Comrades, the fight is over. Ofcom and their dictatorship has fallen, and we couldn't have done it without Babestation!

RE: Ofcom Discussion - mr mystery - 06-01-2013 18:43

I don't think the preview is much different now from what it used to be. They did move the start time of the preview from 11pm to midnight just over a year ago, perhaps due to ofcom. The preview might have slightly different rules since none of it is live now, just recordings.

For anyone who has not seen them (hidden away in an "archive" section of the forum), I re-uploaded 2 vids last year http://www.babeshows.co.uk/showthread.php?tid=46220&pid=1050526#pid1050526
