I don't know where I got that from but it might have been a remark by Cleese, something about the character of his co-star. It certainly makes sense as a Special would be the type of person that they'd want to employ for that job given who they're likely to usher. Trouble is that Wikipedia etc doesn't mention Nuremberg so this is unsubstantiated ATM. Some of its symptoms are extremely long bones, curved spine, an arm span that is longer than the persons height, eye problems, heart problems and very little fat. It is a rare, inherited condition.
