I don't think Nicole has a single flaw. Yes she's beautiful, but she doesn't just rest on that like many of her peers.
Her smile alone just grabs you and demands attention. Then there is her infectious and upbeat personality, which carries so much energy.
Also she knows how to use a set to it's full capability and she will wear an outfit that suits the set she's performing on. And she'll always come prepared and ready like when she had 3 different outfits for BS Halloween night.
Finally she uses her allocated shifts perfectly by starting in her full outfit, stripping down to her lingerie and then going nude ready to cover her self in oil.
Personally speaking if I was to create the perfect night show host, she'd probably have a lot of the performance and professional attributes that Nicole displays.

Incredible body, amazing performer but it really is staggering how pretty she is.
Obviously BS stick her in a little box in the corner...
