RE: Star Trek Picard - *Kal-El* - 03-03-2023 01:33 Ep 3 “Seventeen Seconds” Season 3 Final Season Great Ep picking up right from Ep 2, We get a flash back sequence with some good CGI, Picard after finding out the reveal ends with a tense scene between him and Beverly you could really sense the strong acting and chemistry between the two actors. The scenes between Wolf and Rafae again great pairing with them uncovering the bombing and there’s a lead and twist with who & waits going on. Something a little different from the Next Gen series tension between Picard & Riker again powerful scenes between the two actors but it’s the cat and mouse game between the Titan and the villain Vadic and something afoot going on. Loved the little nods to Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan not just visual but the sound too. All gonna say in regards of the Ep Star Trek Deep Nine you’ll know exactly what am talking when watching the entire Ep. Overall strong 3rd Ep hope they can keep it up. RE: Star Trek Picard - Rammyrascal - 03-03-2023 13:56 ^^ Fully agree, a great episode this week to carry on an excellent start to the final season of Picard RE: Star Trek Picard - Tumble_Drier - 04-03-2023 20:44 "I have made some camomile tea. Do you take sugar?" RE: Star Trek Picard - *Kal-El* - 04-03-2023 23:19 Actor Thomas Dekker who was in Ep 3 Seventeen Seconds and played Titus Rikka who Wolf and Rafae are after between in the Star Trek before as a child actor he played one of Picard’s sons in the movie Star Trek Generations Thomas Picard in the Nexus and played a character in Star Trek Voyager twice Henry Burleigh in Ep 16 “Learning Curve” Season 1 & Ep 8 “Persistence of Vision” Season 2 as a holo deck character. He also played John Conner in Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles series. RE: Star Trek Picard - *Kal-El* - 09-03-2023 16:18 Season 3 Eps also appear on Paramount Plus via Sky Cinema. RE: Star Trek Picard - *Kal-El* - 10-03-2023 10:31 Ep 4 “No Win Scenario” Season 3 Final Season Another fantastic Ep we get a flash back with Picard setting things up later in the Ep. We find out why Riker is acting so different it was nice to see another side to the character. Why find out a big reveal with the villain Vadic and I didn’t see that coming but now it’s interesting and who really is the main villain. The crew are stuck in a no win situation mean while Picard tries to bond with his son while 7 of 9 is on a mission to find the saboteur and gets help from unlikely ally & you get answers as to why Captain Liam Shaw doesn’t like Picard, Beverly realises the gravity well isn’t all it seems to be but it’s how they get out which was great and what Riker does to Vadic, they ending tho very interesting so far loving four Eps and still strong let’s the rest of eps are the same too. RE: Star Trek Picard - Rammyrascal - 10-03-2023 18:41 ^^ Fully agree another fantastic episode this week & I too hope the rest of the series is just as fantastic as the first 4 episodes have been Ps: can't believe Jeri Ryan is 55!!!!! RE: Star Trek Picard - *Kal-El* - 16-03-2023 17:29 Look out for a surprise return of a Next Gen character in Ep 5. RE: Star Trek Picard - KerrAvon - 16-03-2023 20:42 ^ yeah about time . Looks likes another good confrontation scene for Picard. RE: Star Trek Picard - Rammyrascal - 17-03-2023 13:32 Possibly the best episode of series 3 this week including as has been said already a surprise return from a Next Generation character who isn't there just for a cameo |
