When I go to France it's usually crawling with gendarmes (usually they are hiding behind bushes with their radar cameras)

But when it come to policing the tour they are no where to be seen. Rolleyes

Action is needed or Froome could be seriously assaulted by some so called spectators.

RE: Tour de France - terence - 25-07-2015 14:27

froome was spat on a couple of times just now, fuckin disgusting!

RE: Tour de France - Charlemagne - 25-07-2015 14:48

Froome ends the pentultimate stage with a 1min 12sec lead.
As tomorrows stage is just a procession into Paris it makes it three wins in four years for Sky.

how many more things will the French accuse Froome of before it finishes?
They will be accusing Froome of hiding in a bush near the finish, than jumping out just ahead of the peloton next.

Despite all he had to put up with well done FROOME

It doesn't help when the commentator on ITV keeps saying that he's "revving it up" when he puts on a burst of speed. Shoosh, the motor hidden inside the tubing is meant to be a secret. Wink

I can see Team Sky trying to sign that frenchman that won todays stage he cames second last year. Brailsford has always said he would love to get a french team sky winner of the TDF and it would sure shut the fucking french up lol

Well done Chris, best way to shut up the bitter, jealous morons.

The French spectators have often been an appalling bunch in my experience of watching sporting events hosted by them.
I remember countless episodes at The French Open Tennis, some very immature behaviour at The World Athletics championships in Paris some years ago and now this at the Tour de France.
Really quite pathetic.
